• Processing Time: All items are handmade. Orders ship within 5–10 business days, with custom or bulk orders taking up to 14 business days.

• Shipping Rates: We offer flat-rate shipping within the U.S. and free shipping on orders over $75.

• Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery takes 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS. Tracking information will be provided.

• Shipping Area: We currently ship to the United States only.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Customized Galaxy is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
